Fees.

The cost of your legal defence will depend upon:

• The complexity of your matter;
• Our legal objective; and
• The estimated time involved.

We will discuss fees at our first meeting. For most matters I bill on a block fee basis, as opposed to an hourly rate. A block fee reduces financial uncertainty. It also allows us to arrange a payment plan which is suitable to both of us.
